Effidry proudly offers a 1-year limited warranty on all Effidry hardware products purchased within the Contiguous United States. From design and manufacturing to delivery and customer service, we are committed to providing high-quality products.


1. Warranty Coverage Area


  • This warranty only applies to hardware products purchased and used in the Contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).
  • Effidry does not provide warranty coverage for products purchased or used outside the Contiguous USA.
  • Customers outside the Contiguous USA may incur additional charges for repairs or replacements, if service is available.


2. Warranty Duration


  • Effidry provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, or, if proof of purchase is unavailable, from the factory production date, whichever is earlier.
  • The warranty period may vary depending on local laws and regulations.


3. Warranty Limitations & Consumer Law Compliance


  • This warranty and the remedies provided are exclusive and replace all other warranties, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Effidry complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If local laws provide additional rights, those rights take precedence over this policy.


4. What Is Covered


This warranty applies exclusively to Effidry hardware products purchased for personal use from the official Effidry Store within the Contiguous USA.

Effidry warrants that each hardware product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To qualify for free warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has been used normally within the warranty period and shows no signs of external damage.
  • The product has not been disassembled, modified, or altered outside official guidelines.
  • You can provide valid proof of purchase, receipts, and order numbers.


5. What Is Not Covered


This warranty does not cover:

  • Software, firmware, or digital components.
  • Products purchased or used outside the Contiguous USA.
  • Failure to follow official instructions for using Effidry hardware, resulting in damage or issues.
  • Products that fall outside the warranty period.
  • Damage due to private modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Failures caused by customer-attempted repairs or use of non-official accessories.
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, damage to port plastics) unless reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Damage caused by the use of third-party components or accessories.
  • Product failure or damage due to accidental factors or human causes, including water damage, dropping, or improper handling.
  • Product failure or damage due to natural disasters, including fire, earthquake, lightning, or flooding.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use not following the official product manual.
  • Normal wear and aging of the product.
  • Tampering or removal of the Effidry product’s serial number.


6. How to Request Warranty Service


  • Contact Effidry support and provide:
    • Name and contact information
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos/videos (if applicable)
    • Proof of purchase
  • Effidry will respond within five (5) business days after receiving all required information.


7. Final Resolution Under Warranty


  • If a warranty claim is approved, Effidry will ship a free replacement if the hardware is confirmed to be defective.
  • Replacements will be shipped within 10 business days after claim approval.
  • Each product is eligible for only one replacement under this warranty. Additional claims for the same unit will not be accepted.
  • A product is considered defective if it fails to function as intended due to a materials or workmanship issue, excluding damage from misuse, wear, or third-party alterations.
  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • If the original product is discontinued or out of stock, Effidry may provide a comparable replacement of equal or greater value at its discretion.
  • Effidry covers standard shipping for the replacement product. Customers must pay for expedited shipping if requested.
  • Effidry is not responsible for lost or stolen replacement shipments once marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit before delivery, Effidry will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but additional replacements are not guaranteed.
  • No returns, refunds, or alternative remedies are available.
